Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your chair must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized and custom-made chairs.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@cartax.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned chair. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 business days after return approval for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges or Damaged Products

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a chair, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the chair you want.

If you receive damaged products, immediately contact us, provide detailed information about the damage with photos, and request a replacement or refund. Make sure to keep the original packaging and damaged chair as evidence.
